We have been made aware of fraudulent text messages and emails impersonating the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA).

These scams may come in the form of:

  • Text messages requesting personal information, payments, or account details.
  • Emails sent from Gmail or other non-official email accounts, using the names of actual SNRHA staff and appearing to represent our organization.

Please be cautious—SNRHA will never request sensitive information via text message or from unofficial email addresses.
