The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) offers single-family homes located throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

The NSP currently maintains a waiting list, and applicants must meet income eligibility requirements based on household size. Income guidelines are updated annually. Information regarding waitlist openings and current qualification requirements will be posted on the SNVRHA website when available.

We are also excited to offer homes outside of the NSP program that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To qualify, applicants must have verifiable income equal to at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. These homes are offered at or below local market rates and accept Section 8 housing vouchers.
