HCV families may move within SNRHA’s jurisdiction or outside of our jurisdiction. HCV residents can only move if they are not in violation of their lease agreement with you.

If families are approved to move to other suitable rental housing with continued HCV assistance, it is their responsibility to notify you before moving out of the unit in accordance with their lease agreement.

It is the landlord’s responsibility to update SNRHA if an HCV tenant has moved out.

If you have any questions regarding the HCV tenant move-out, please contact our staff team at (702) 477-3100.
