Applications for most Housing Programs may be filled out at our Admissions office at 5390 E Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89122. Applications are accepted Monday – Thursday between 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. For additional information, please call (702) 477-3100 option 2.

You may print out the Pre-Application form but you will have to submit it in person or mail it in, FAXES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please ensure all areas of the application are complete. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. (Download the Application Process Brochure for complete information on the admission process)

Applicants are placed on a waitlist(s) according to the date and time of receiving the application. Bedroom size for which the family qualifies and local preferences for which they may be eligible will impact waitlist placement. All applications are date and time-stamped when received. The waitlist number is NOT a firm number as the waitlist(s) are resorted several times a week.

Please ensure you notify our agency in writing of all changes in income, family composition and change of address within 10 calendar days of the change. No changes are accepted over the phone. If SNRHA sends you correspondence that is returned due to an incorrect address, or if you have moved and failed to provide our agency with a written updated address, your application will be withdrawn. Failure to respond to any correspondence for information or attending scheduled meetings will also result in withdrawal of your application.

Applicants may call (702) 477-3100 option 2 or our TTY number for the hearing impaired at (702) 387-1898, for further information or assistance in completing your application.

Applicants may also call our SNRHA Call Center at (702) 477-3598. for waitlist status information.

  • Due to a high volume of applications at this time, confirmation letters may take up to 6 months before being received in the mail. See the Public Notice.
  • Applications received for waitlists that are not opened will be destroyed. Please review carefully the catagories below and apply only for those programs for which you are eligible and those waitlists that are open.
