The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNHRA) Grievance Procedure is available to all applicants
and residents of the SNRHA Conventional Public Housing Program and the Housing Choice Voucher Program
(Section 8)
The purpose of the SNRHA Grievance Procedure is to provide applicants and residents opportunity for a
hearing and/or due process review of SNRHA decisions that adversely affect their housing assistance.
In order to provide the requisite hearings, the Housing Authority requires the services of a Hearing
Officer(s) to conduct the hearings and render a decision on whether the Housing Authority’s decision is
justified under the law.
