It is the mission of the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority to provide safe, sanitary and affordable housing to eligible people within our jurisdictions, in an environment that fosters idependence, self-sufficiency and community pride.

The Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan ( ACOP) for the Public Housing Program is designed to demonstrate that SNRHA is managing its program in a manner that reflects its commitment to improving the quality of housing available to its public, and its capacity to manage housing in a manner that demonstrates its responsibility to the public trust.

Public Housing units are available for anyone that meets income and program eligibility requirements regardless of age, unless otherwise noted. Eligible applicants are not allowed to select the actual development to be housed. Once your name reaches the top of the waitlist and your file is complete, the next available unit will be offered to the next certified eligible applicant by required bedroom size. If the unit is refused twice, your application will be withdrawn.
