04/01/2020 Covid-19 Update: SNRHA Normal Operations Not Restored Until 05/04/2020!
Today, Governor Sisolak extended the state’s declared emergency until Thursday, April 30, 2020. As a result, our agency will not return to normal operations until Monday, May 4, 2020. However, even when we return to normal operations, the agency will maintain CDC social distancing guidelines until Monday, June 1, 2020.

03/29/2020 Covid-19 Update: Letter From Our Executive Director!
Dear Southern Nevada,

The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) has transitioned into a partial shutdown of both our programmatic and administrative operations. This is in response to the COVID-19 epidemic based on guidance from the CDC for which we believe the physical presence of employees on the job would jeopardize the health of others, specifically our senior citizens.

03/16/2020 Covid-19: SNRHA Partial Shutdown!
SNRHA is Declaring an Emergency in Response to COVID-19. The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority is declaring an emergency in response to the COVID-19 epidemic as we believe the physical presence of our employees on the job would jeopardize the health of others.

Therefore, effective Wednesday, March 18, 2020, the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority will be closed until Monday, April 13, 2020. You may contact our Call Center for health and safety emergencies at 702-477-3100.
