Dear Citizens of Southern Nevada,
The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority, with subsidized funding from the U.S. Department of Housing Urban Development (HUD),
administers 2,000 Public Housing units and 12,000 Housing Choice Vouchers for residents to live throughout Clark County, NV. Our
agency also manages 1,200 non-Federal subsidized Affordable Housing units to assist families.
04/01/2020 Covid-19 Update: SNRHA Normal Operations Not Restored Until 05/04/2020!
Today, Governor Sisolak extended the state’s declared emergency until Thursday, April 30, 2020. As a result,
our agency will not return to normal operations until Monday, May 4, 2020. However, even when we return to
normal operations, the agency will maintain CDC social distancing guidelines until Monday, June 1, 2020.

Dear Southern Nevada,
The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) has transitioned into a partial shutdown of both our programmatic
and administrative operations. This is in response to the COVID-19 epidemic based on guidance from the CDC for which we
believe the physical presence of employees on the job would jeopardize the health of others, specifically our senior citizens.
