HAPCheck Web Portal:
Powered by Happy Software, this online service provides a centralized
web service for producing online statements for owners participating
in the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Program that provides payments to individual
owners. When you log-in you will be asked for your Tax-ID and password.
Enter your Tax-ID or in some cases your Social Security Number, appropriately
and then enter your Vendor Number for your password. Your Vendor Number
should be on your contract and all correspondence from the SNRHA. After
you log-in successfully, you will have the option to establish your own
private
