Maintenance
Repair Requests:
If you have a problem in your Low Income Public Housing unit, use the
instructions below to submit a repair request. Maintenance work is
completed by on site maintenance for routine requests. Emergency repairs
are completed by after hours maintenance staff. Upon calling in a repair
request, you are granting permission for a Southern Nevada Regional
Housing Authority (SNRHA) maintenance worker to enter your unit if
you are not home.
Contact Information:
Submit your repair request by calling 922-1600. Provide
your unit/account number, along with a detailed description of the
problem and the location of the problem.
After business hours:
If you need emergency repairs after business hours, call the numbers
above for the after-hours answering service which will take your information
and determine if your situation is considered an emergency. Emergencies
are dispatched to the SNRHA maintenance worker on call who will either
repair or abate the emergency.
