Finance
The Finance Department is responsible for managing
the fiscal resources for the agency. The Southern Nevada Regional Housing
Authority's Annual Budget for FY 2011 is approximately $131 million dollars.
SNRHA's major programs consist of the Housing Choice Voucher ($97.9 million),
Asset Management Properties ($18.8 million), Affordable Housing Program
($4.9 million), Central Office Cost Center ($7.1 million), and Other Programs
($2.3 million).
The Department's role is to provide assistance to all departments, as
well as our external clients, which includes residents, vendors, HUD,
in the following key areas listed below:

- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Budgeting
