Veterans. The
subsidies are tied to the actual units.

Eligibility:
Applicants must be currently on the Project-Based waiting list. These developments have additional
restrictions on their units.
Therefore, after SNRHA eligibility is determined, management at each site
will also determine their program eligibility.
